Compassion International
Compassion International is a child-advocacy ministry pairing compassionate people with children living in extreme poverty to release the children from spiritual, economic, social, and physical poverty. Several members of GCC have been sending monthly support to children they have “adopted” in this overseas ministry to help the poor.

Fellowship Groups
Drawing Closer To God and Closer To Each Other
We have had healthy small groups of people gathering in homes since the beginning of our church. We encourage everyone to get involved in one of these groups. We have four distinctive things we seek to accomplish in these groups:

- A Bible-based study
- Encouragement through fellowship
- Ministry to one another as needs arise
- Outreach to the community in some practical ways of showing God’s love
Kids Ministry
KidsWalk means finding out more of who God is. KidsWalk means impressing God’s Word upon the hearts of children. KidsWalk means nurturing teachers. KidsWalk means fun. KidsWalk means friendship.
It is our ministry to children grades K through 5, and it meets during our worship service, after the corporate worship time, while the adults hear the sermon. Children can expect to experience all of the above, plus an occasional fun event outside church time. Our teachers are devoted to making God alive and relevant by teaching Scripture-based lessons in a fun context.

Grief Share
A nationwide ministry developed to assist anyone who is grieving from the loss of a loved one(s). Leader(s) of this ministry host a support group whose purpose is to assist participants in their daily challenges and in rebuilding their lives. Each week participants watch a video featuring experts in grief and recovery. The group then discusses the subjects presented and what is transpiring in their own lives.

Women's Group
Meaningful Relationships
“Encouraging women into meaningful relationships to enhance Christ-likeness and the creative use of their God-given talents in our church and community.”
Organized to bring GCC women closer to one another and closer to God. They have a renewed vision for fellowship and outreach, hold an annual retreat, and are actively getting ladies connected to Christ and to each other.

Youth Group
Building Relationships
Our goal in youth ministry is to build relationship with Jesus Christ, enhancing healthy relationships with others, and relational ministry in the community out of concern for others. This is done through:
- Small Group Discipling
- Recreational Adventure
- Community Outreach
